True Blood Mate 3

Logan Stone lives a lonely existence as the beta of his wolf clan. It's his job to protect his people and follow out the orders of his alpha. That doesn't leave much time to find a mate or fill the empty hole in his heart. When he spots a set of sexy eyes staring at him during the moon festival, Logan knows he has met his mate.
Finding Love Star is not as easy as keeping him. Love may be fascinated by all things wolf but when Logan goes feral during their mating, Love runs for his life. Logan has to call for help to find Love, only discover his mate is hiding right under his nose at the Stone Clan compound.

Instead of convincing Love of the merits of being mated to a wolf, Logan has to depend on Love to protect himself even as he tries to shield the man from the dangerous world he has just entered. If they survive the interference of well meaning friends and a coyote shifter bent on killing Love, they just might have a chance of finding out what fate has planned for them.

Interview with Stormy Glenn

1.) Do you ever sleep?  How many words do you usually write per day?

Yes, actually I do sleep, strangely enough. I've found a good night's rest makes me more productive the next day. Although, there are those nights every once in awhile when a story just won't let me go and I end up writing all night long. I've been known to stay up 22 hrs straight, writing. Doesn't happen often because I'm usually dead afterwards.

How many words I write in a single day varies depending on my characters, my family, and what's on TV. In the last week, I had one day where I wrote 849 words. The day before that, I wrote 9,006. So, it greatly varies. I'm pretty satisfied if I get 5,000 done in a single day.

2.) What is the appeal of writing a series opposed to a stand-alone novel?

I like revisiting old characters, even if they are just supporting characters. I like seeing how their lives progress along with the new characters. I like that in what I read and I like that in what I write.

3.) What got you started in writing m/m romance?

A love for romance, what else? Yes, I get it that it sounds a little strange but I love romance. I am a firm believer in true love, love at first sight, and happy ever afters. I do not think that the sex of the people involved changes it. You love who you love. It's as simple as that. I've loved my high tech redneck since the minute I saw him 25years ago and it just keeps getting better every day.

4.) How do you come up with so many original ideas?

It's not easy, let me tell you. Luckily for me, I'm slightly crazy and see stories everywhere I look. For example, I saw the word "den" the other day and got to thinking…what if the home base/house/compound/ whatever you wanted to call it, was called a "den". Or, what if when two shifters mated, they had a certain amount of time to complete their bond or it faded? Or, what if…you get the basic idea. I love to play "what if". I do it when I'm driving, cooking dinner, watching TV… basically all the time.

5.) What are you working on now and what can we expect from you in the future?

Oh, that’s an interesting question. I have a lot of books in progress right now because I never know what is going to grab me and what won't on any given day. As many of my readers know, I have a short attention span but a huge imagination. If something catches my interest, I'm off to work on it, research it, create characters for it, and see where the idea takes me.

Besides my current work list, and some stories I want to add to several of my series, I've been researching dragons and Greek Mythology lately, and not necessarily for the same book. I've also had an idea about King Arthur and the Knights of the round table… gonna go to my yahoo group for that one and we'll play the "what if" game, see what we can come up with. I love brainstorming with my yahoo group. They have a wicked imagination and an even great sense of humor. They've been a lot of help to me when I need a little extra inspiration.

I have a short attention span, too. My dh calls me a Kender. I'll be in the middle of doing something or talking to him, and go off on a tangent in mid word! Kind of like walking a path and all of a sudden, OOO! Shiny! and heading off in another direction! LOL!

Stormy, I love your books! Are you going to do more in the Love's Legacy series? If there is more, I apologize for not getting them yet!

Thank you for all your wonderful comments. Glad you've enjoyed the books. I have no idea how many books there will be in this series. Currently, there are 4. I'll keep writing them as long as the ideas keep coming.
Currently, there are only 2 books in the Love's Legacy series. I hope to write more at some point though. Love cowboys!
